Talk to Holly. She will advise accordingly. You can email her via smorgasbordbelfastbiz@gmail.com. Some industry advice - even if you don't hear from us, we make notes. We give a list of supports to the bands and managements to approve. From there, we make a decision in line with management.

Typically, there's two ways to resolve this issue.

[1] For events announced after January 2025, our ticket vendor partner Gigantic/Tickets.ie will usually send out a reminder email with your tickets. Alternatively, you can write to the customer service of these respective ticketing vendors from which you made your purchase.

[2] If you aren't getting anywhere with point [1], talk to Holly. You can contact her via smorgasbordbelfastbiz@gmail.com. We'll do our best to assist you and get you into the show!

[3] If we have to use Ticketmaster due to partnerships with select venues, then contact their customer service directly involving any tickets purchased through their channels.
